Redemption means bringing something back — taking ground that has been let go and returning it to order. That is most of this work, and it is the part we like best: a property nobody has touched in three years, and the job of making it right again.
We treat a property as something we have been trusted with. That means leaving it better than we found it, using water and material carefully, and being straight with you about what it needs and what it doesn’t.
We are a Christian-owned company. Where that shows up is in how we bid and how we finish — we would rather lose a job than pad one, and we come back when something is not right. It is the standard we work to, not something we ask anything of our clients about.

Estimating, scopes, and contracts. Writes the scope so it says exactly what is and is not included.
Kadin came into construction three years ago and has spent that time across three trades — granite and marble countertop sales, landscaping, and roofing and siding sales. Selling in three different trades in three years is an unusual amount of ground to cover, and it is the reason he reads a set of plans and a scope the way he does: from the buyer's side, looking for what has been left out.
He handles estimating, scopes, and contracts for Redemption. His standard is that a client should be able to read a scope and know exactly what they are getting, without a phone call to interpret it.
He is getting married this September. Outside of work he trains, spends time with friends, and leads Iron Circle, a men's group he helped start and still builds.
Construction runs across the Front Range. Recurring maintenance runs on tight routes closer to home.
