Design-build divisions

Division 01

Site Preparation & Grading

Elevations and falls are set before anything is built on top of them. Everything above ground inherits whatever the grade got wrong.

  • Excavation, cut and fill
  • Subgrade preparation and compaction
  • Finish grading to plan elevations
  • Soil amendment and haul-off
  • Access and staging for follow-on trades
Division 02

Premium Hardscape Construction

Built on engineered base depths with proper compaction and edge restraint, so joints stay tight and walls stay plumb through freeze-thaw.

  • Flagstone and natural stone patios
  • Paver drives, walks, and terraces
  • Segmental and boulder retaining walls
  • Steps, seat walls, and fire features
  • Cedar pergolas, decks, and fence
Division 03

Architectural Softscapes & Planting

Planting built around Colorado soil, exposure, and water reality. Specimen trees are placed on site, not on paper.

  • Amended planting beds
  • Trees, shrubs, and perennials spaced for mature size
  • Sod and seed on prepared subgrade
  • Xeriscape and low-water planting
  • Mulch, rock, and steel edging
Division 04

Drainage & Irrigation Logistics

Water is the first thing that fails a landscape and the last thing anyone budgets for. We size it to the contributing area.

  • Positive surface drainage and swales
  • French drains and dry wells
  • Catch basins and buried discharge
  • Irrigation zoned by water requirement
  • Pressure-tested before backfill

After the build

Properties we build can stay on our schedule. So can properties we didn't.

Weekly or biweekly service for homes, HOA common areas, multifamily, and commercial sites.

  • Mow, edge, trim, blow
  • Fertilization, aeration, weed control
  • Irrigation startup and audits
  • Sprinkler blowouts and winterization
  • Bed maintenance and pruning
  • Spring and fall cleanups

Snow & ice

Trigger depth and clearing sequence are agreed in writing before the season starts.

  • Lot plowing, stacking, relocation
  • Walks, entries, and ADA routes by hand
  • Ice melt and pre-treatment
  • 24/7 storm response with service logs
  • Per-push, per-event, or seasonal

Holiday lighting

Design, install, maintain through the season, remove, and store.

  • Roofline and architectural outlining
  • Tree wraps, wreaths, entry features
  • Commercial-grade materials we own
  • In-season repairs
  • Takedown, labeling, and storage

Have a set of plans, or a bare lot?

Either one is a good place to start. Send what you have and we'll walk it.
