Build a maintenance scopeWe walk the property and take measurements before anything gets priced. Soil, exposure, irrigation coverage, and where the water actually goes. You get a scope built from what we found.
Materials are sourced and staged ahead of the start date. Plant material, stone, and mulch are confirmed against real lead times. The schedule is sequenced so nothing sits waiting.
One point of contact runs the work. Everything on site runs to our sequence and our standard, and you get an update on a set day.
We walk the finished work with you and fix anything that isn’t right. Irrigation zoning, plant schedules, and maintenance requirements are handed over in writing.

Irrigation is zoned to what the plants actually need, then pressure-tested. Beds are amended for what is going in them, not by a number on a bag. We measure before we price, and we check the work as we go.
We source from established Front Range suppliers and tell you what we're installing and why. If a material won't hold up on your property, you hear it before we start, not after.
