Why Redemption

Redemption means bringing something back — taking ground that has been let go and returning it to order. That is most of this work, and it is the part we like best: a property nobody has touched in three years, and the job of making it right again.

We treat a property as something we have been trusted with. That means leaving it better than we found it, using water and material carefully, and being straight with you about what it needs and what it doesn’t.

We are a Christian-owned company. Where that shows up is in how we bid and how we finish — we would rather lose a job than pad one, and we come back when something is not right. It is the standard we work to, not something we ask anything of our clients about.

Who you’ll work with

An owner runs your account — usually Karstyn. If he cannot get to something, it goes to Kadin, not to a dispatcher. You are always talking to someone who owns the outcome. Tell us what you want the property to be, and we’ll build the plan that gets it there.

Karstyn started on landscaping jobs with his dad at five years old and has been in the trade the fifteen years since — maintenance, enhancement work, and fencing. He has experience running heavy equipment and working on it. Before Redemption he spent three years as a mechanic, and that is the part that shows up on site: a mechanic finds out why something failed before replacing it, and he reads a property the same way.

He runs day-to-day operations — the schedule, the trades on site, and the order a job gets built in. His standard is that speed comes from sequence, not from cutting corners. Ask him a straight question and you get a straight answer.

He is from Littleton, and the trade runs in the family — his dad is still in landscaping.

Kadin came into construction three years ago and has spent that time across three trades — granite and marble countertop sales, landscaping, and roofing and siding sales. Selling in three different trades in three years is an unusual amount of ground to cover, and it is the reason he reads a set of plans and a scope the way he does: from the buyer's side, looking for what has been left out.

He handles estimating, scopes, and contracts for Redemption. His standard is that a client should be able to read a scope and know exactly what they are getting, without a phone call to interpret it.

He is newly married. Outside of work he trains, spends time with friends, and leads Iron Circle, a men's group he helped start and still builds.

Where we work

Recurring maintenance runs on tight routes — that is what makes a set service day possible, so we keep the area tight on purpose.

Outside that, ask. We will tell you whether we can hold a schedule on it.

The standard we hold ourselves to

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23

We don’t expect our clients to share our faith. We do expect them to get the work that verse asks of us.
