  • Mulch, rock, and steel edging
Project work

Enhancements & Light Hardscape

Most properties don’t need starting over. They need the parts that failed put right and the parts that work made better.

  • Flagstone patios and walks
  • Cedar pergolas and fence
  • Boulder placement and rock beds
  • Bed rework and re-edging
Seasonal

In season

Booked before the season starts. Properties already on our schedule get first call.

Spring & fall cleanups

Booked ahead of the season. One-off if you want it once, included if you are on a maintenance schedule.

  • Leaf removal and hauling
  • Overgrown beds cut back
  • Shrub and ornamental pruning
  • Hand weeding and overgrowth removal
  • Beds re-edged and topped with mulch

Aeration and overseeding

Review compacted or thin turf and plan the work for the appropriate season.

  • Core aeration
  • Overseeding based on turf condition
  • Scope and timing agreed for the property

Landscaping questions

What areas do you serve?

We serve the south Denver metro, including Littleton, Englewood, Lakewood, Denver, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Parker, Aurora, Commerce City and Ken Caryl. Tell us the property address so we can confirm routing and availability.

Do you work with homeowners as well as commercial properties?

Yes. We work on private yards, commercial properties, HOA common areas and multifamily communities. We agree on the scope and schedule for each property.

What can a grounds maintenance plan include?

A plan can include mowing, edging, trimming, bed maintenance, shrub pruning and seasonal cleanups. Aeration, overseeding and irrigation work are quoted according to the property and season. Your written scope lists what is included.

Can I book a one-time cleanup?

Yes. Spring and fall cleanups are available as one-time work or as part of an agreed maintenance scope. We review leaf removal, beds, pruning and hauling needs before quoting.

How do I request a quote?

Call (720) 338-2744 or use our contact form. Include the property location, the work you need and your preferred timing. An owner reviews the request and confirms the next step.

Who manages my account?

An owner manages your account. You have one point of contact for the scope, schedule and updates.

One property, or the whole portfolio?

Either one is a good place to start. Managers get one point of contact, one schedule, and a separate quote per site so the numbers stay auditable. Tell us what the properties need and we’ll walk them.
